Engineered Design

TMF Design Engineers will create full 3D CAD files for all components required within the project. It can range from Customer based existing CAD file information or yet to be created. Not only the plastic parts, but all other components such as metal inserts, metal brackets or forms etc. will be detailed and specified accordingly in conjunction with the Customer’s requirements.

Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) assessments of the engineered design are conducted to refine the solution and ensure it’s robust for tool design to commence.
