Many products are sold to consumers with value-add options to give a real or perceived increased value of a particular item.  This could come in the form of foil stamping a product to provide different color breaks and shiny features to increase the perceived value.  There are countless secondary operations that are managed by TMF, below are just a few:

Allow TMF to manage the complete assembly of your finished goods.  Custom made assembly lines are created for each unique assembly to provide production flow lines at the injection molding press to utilize labor and automation, while reducing overall takt times. A large portion of TMF’s customer base uses TMF to assemble multiple plastic components along with sourced items, screw kits, electronics, customer documentation, etc.  This is a huge cost savings for companies in order to eliminate double work, reduce scrap, reduce overhead costs and leverage TMF’s sourcing capabilities.
